About the Role
As a Business Operations Intern youll be helping us improve the systems processes and data that support our go-to-market teams. Youll work closely with team members across different functions supporting ongoing projects keeping things organized and helping us make better decisions through data. No two days will look the same and thats part of the fun.
What Youll Do
- Support day-to-day operations across sales marketing and revenue teams.
- Help manage and update our internal tools
- Organize key documents like playbooks scripts and reporting templates.
- Build or update dashboards and reports to track business performance.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
- Participate in team check-ins brainstorms and strategy sessions. Your ideas are welcome here.
- Support campaign and event tracking lead assignments or CRM data clean-up as needed.

- How a fintech company uses data and systems to grow smarter and faster.
- How to work with tools like CRM Marketing intelligence BI and other ops platforms.
- What actually goes into making sales marketing and customer success teams work together.

- Detail-oriented organized and not afraid of spreadsheets.
- Curious about how tech businesses run and grow.
- Comfortable working independently and asking questions when stuck.
- Eager to learn new tools and contribute to real-world projects.
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Youve used CRM Marketing automation Data intelligence or similar tools before.
- You enjoy digging into data and figuring out what it means.
- Youve helped with a project campaign or club that needed organizing or tracking.
