Role and Responsibilities:

Project Management and Planning

• Monitor the progress of the project portfolio and ensure overall consistency of the plan.
• Identify track and optimize critical paths to ensure adherence to the production plan while respecting costs and deadlines.
• Plan and align signals across the supply chain based on S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
• Maintain an accurate status report for each project from initial order placement to delivery to the end customer.

Cross-functional Coordination and Optimization

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams project managers planners production unit leaders purchasing partners and unions.
• Act proactively and data-driven to anticipate challenges and develop concrete solutions.
• Manage engineering changes and propose strategies to mitigate their impacts.
• Synchronize and optimize the flow of information and materials with operational teams.
• Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks to adjust execution plans.

Continuous Improvement and Technical Expertise

• Be the reference (SME) in planning tools techniques and processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing project performance and efficiency.
• Deploy planning best practices and contribute to the development of monitoring and reporting tools.

Rôle et responsabilités :

Pilotage et planification des projets

• Contrôler lavancement du portefeuille de projets et assurer la cohérence globale du plan.
• Identifier suivre et optimiser les chemins critiques afin de garantir ladhérence au plan de production dans le respect des coûts et des échéances.
• Planifier et aligner les signaux à travers la chaîne dapprovisionnement sur la base du S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
• Maintenir un rapport détat précis pour chaque projet de la commande initiale jusquà la livraison au client final.

Coordination transversale et optimisation

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes dingénierie les gestionnaires de projets les planificateurs les chefs de cellules de production les partenaires achats et les syndicats.
• Agir de manière proactive et data-driven pour anticiper les enjeux et développer des solutions concrètes.
• Piloter les changements dingénierie et proposer des stratégies datténuation de leurs impacts.
• Synchroniser et optimiser le flux dinformations et de matériaux avec les équipes opérationnelles.
• Analyser la capacité de production et identifier les goulots détranglement pour ajuster les plans dexécution.

Amélioration continue et expertise technique

• Être la référence (SME) en matière doutils de techniques et de processus de planification.
• Piloter des initiatives damélioration continue visant à optimiser la performance et lefficacité des projets.
• Déployer les meilleures pratiques de planification et contribuer à lévolution des outils de suivi et de reporting.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering project management administration or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in planning project management or progress control.
• Ability to understand assembly sequences and identify critical paths.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (ideally Oracle).
• Knowledge of SQL VBA Power Query (M Language) or Power BI is an asset.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is preferred.

• Baccalauréat en génie gestion de projet administration ou domaine connexe.
• 3 à 5 ans dexpérience pertinente en planification gestion de projets ou contrôle davancement.
• Capacité à comprendre les séquences dassemblage et à identifier les chemins critiques.
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et familiarité avec les systèmes ERP (idéalement Oracle).
