The Sales Manager is mainly for the Taiwan market and is responsible for driving business growth managing strategic client relationships and expanding Avaloqs footprint across Taiwanese financial institutions including private banks wealth management and more. The role requires a deep understanding of Taiwans financial services landscape strong solutionselling capability and the ability to coordinate across internal and partner teams to deliver a compelling value proposition.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of sales or account management experience in financial technology banking software or enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of selling complex solutions into banks or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of Taiwans financial industry and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders navigate complex organisations and manage long sales cycles.
- Experience with core banking wealth management digital channels cloud or managed service offerings.
- Familiarity with Avaloqs solution or similar core banking platforms.
- Existing network across Taiwan private banking securities and digital transformation communities.
- Ability to work in a regional multicultural environment with frequent cross-country collaboration.
