Areas of Responsibilities Conducting outbound calls to existing merchants for products upselling and account risk measurement; Cultivating leads by exploring and understanding the clients needs and challenges; Coaching customers on how to maximize the use of our services; Keeping up-to-date and self-equipped on required knowledge and skill sets proactively Working with a growing team to execute the sales strategies; Carrying out ad hoc assignments
Requirements Higher Diploma/ Degree holder or above 1-3 years experience in sales and service support Experience in card acquiring and banking industry will be an advantage but not a must Customer oriented excellent team players with good servicing attitude and communication skills Positive self-motivating mindset and attitude detail oriented committed and enthusiastic capable to work under pressure and multitasking Has an inspiration to develop career path in the sales field Fluent in Cantonese and English Putonghua is an advantage Hands on experience of Microsoft Windows software such as Excel is required
