We are currently searching for a Solution Architect:
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints by engaging with business leaders product owners and technical teams.
- Facilitate design sessions and workshops to align cross-functional teams on technical solution direction.
- Lead the migration of Monolithic applications to Microservices architecture.
- Oversee the integration of cloud-based applications with legacy systems and on-premise platforms.
- Define and implement data quality rules automated validations and technical lineage management.
- Manage schema and security controls including data classification and PII (Personally Identifiable Information) handling.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Java-based applications (Java 8/11/17) and React/Angular.
- 3 years of experience in a Java Lead or Architecture role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Single Page Applications (SPA).
- Proficiency in SOAP/REST APIs and messaging services like Kafka.
- 3 years of experience with Cloud Services (GCP or Azure) and hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters.
- Deep knowledge of DevOps tools: Docker Jenkins CI/CD and Shell scripting.
- Experience with TDD/ATDD/BDD and modern design patterns.
- Experience with cloud and on-premise databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with security and quality tools: BlackDuck Fortify Aquasec.
Desired:
- Expertise in modern Data Architecture: Data Lakes Lakehouse and modern Data Warehouses.
- Knowledge of Data Governance tools: Data catalogs lineage and automated quality solutions.
- Experience with data pipelines and process automation.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
