The Role

As Teacher of Geography you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the potential to contribute to A-Level Geography depending on experience and departmental need. The curriculum is carefully sequenced to help students build powerful geographical knowledge over time while developing essential skills such as:

• Using maps graphs and geographical data effectively

• Applying place knowledge and understanding physical and human processes

• Constructing extended written responses and well-evidenced arguments

Students study a broad range of topics including tectonics weather and climate rivers and coasts ecosystems urban change development resource management and contemporary global issues.
