Your responsibilities
- Promote our medical study program as well as our preparatory courses and conclude contracts with new students
- Monitor your success KPIs maintain statistics on enrollment numbers and analyze the countries our students come from
- Advise prospective students and their families about study opportunities at UMCH
- Serve as the main point of contact for applicants from the first inquiry through the enrollment process
- Contribute innovative ideas for new sales and recruitment strategies in collaboration with our marketing team
- Plan and coordinate education fairs information events and recruitment activities
- Support international applicants with guidance throughout the admission process
Your profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration Marketing International Management or a related field (university or university of applied sciences)
- Experience in sales student recruitment international education or client acquisition (B2B and/or B2C)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy
- A reliable organized and proactive personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent Spanish and English (required)
- Additional language skills such as Portuguese are considered an advantage
- Ideally experience or insights into the education sector (universities academies training institutions language schools or recruitment services)
