Recruitifi is hiring on behalf of a growing medical device company for the role of Territory Sales Executive to drive sales of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices across key locations in Gujarat.
This role involves working closely with doctors hospitals and distributors to increase product adoption and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote CGM devices to diabetologists physicians and hospitals
- Achieve territory sales targets and expand market presence
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks
- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
- Experience in diabetes/insulin segment preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Gujarat healthcare market is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Educational Qualification:
- UG: / (preferred)
- MBA (Marketing) is a plus
