Job Description
Willware Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (CMDB) with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB Discovery and ITOM. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining accurate configuration data to support ITSM processes and infrastructure visibility.
Key Responsibilities

Design implement and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery solutions.

Configure and manage Discovery patterns probes and sensors.
-
Implement and support Service Mapping.

Ensure accuracy completeness and integrity of CI data.

Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript and Glide scripting.

Align CMDB with Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
-
Perform cloud discovery across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
-
Integrate CMDB with Incident Problem and Change Management.

Monitor and improve CMDB health and Discovery performance.
Required Skills (Must-Have)

4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting

Experience with Discovery patterns probes and sensors

Hands-on experience with Service Mapping

Exposure to cloud discovery (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Strong knowledge of ITOM modules

Good understanding of CSDM and ITIL framework

Knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers networks and cloud platforms

Experience in CI data governance and CMDB health
