Job Summary
Required Skills & Experience
- 36 years of total IT experience with strong handson ServiceNow development.
- Minimum 3 years working specifically with ServiceNow ITOM and Vulnerability Response.
- Strong expertise in:
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs)
- CMDB structure CI class modeling relationships
- Discovery patterns sensors probes
- MID Server administration
- Event Management rules and alert correlation
- VR workflows and scanner integrations
- Handson experience with integrations via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture ACLs data policies and platform security.
- Working knowledge or exposure to GenAI / Now Assist capabilities (advantage).
- Preferred certifications:
- CSA (mandatory)
- CISDiscovery / CISService Mapping / CISEvent Management (advantage)
- CISVulnerability Response (highly desirable)
- CAD (plus)
