Job Summary
Our desired Sales Rep will drive revenue growth by combining technical expertise in valves and pumps with strong client engagement skills. The incumbent will be able to identify opportunities develops solutions and closes deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in valves pumps and related services.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
- Develop proposals quotations and contracts aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure feasibility of solutions.
- Track sales KPIs (order intake conversion rates client retention).
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Sales or business development certifications (preferred).
Required Education:
Skills & CompetenciesTechnical knowledge of valves and communication and negotiation to translate technical solutions into business -building and client -driven mindset.
