Technical Recruiter

Were looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join us supporting delivery for clients focused primarily on contractor hiring. The initial focus will be on a UK-based client and UK contractor talent with scope to expand into additional clients and geographies over time.

Youll work as an extension of our global team owning end-to-end recruitment across active technical roles with a strong focus on speed quality and candidate experience.

Youll recruit across a broad range of enterprise tech roles including data software engineering cloud/DevOps infrastructure security architecture ERP systems and project/product delivery. Exposure to areas like UX/design or IT operations is a plus but not core.

We operate in a high-velocity model typically sharing initial candidate profiles within 48 hours. Youll be supported by the team but expected to take ownership and drive delivery outcomes.

This is an initial 3-month contract with extension based on delivery outcomes.

What youll do:

• Source and engage UK-based contract tech talent
• Screen and qualify candidates for fit readiness and availability
• Present candidates and manage them end-to-end through process and offer
• Partner with the team to prioritise roles and maintain delivery pace
• Support hiring across additional regions as part of a global team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in tech recruitment ideally within contract / freelance hiring
• Strong understanding of the UK contractor market
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Confident clear communication and strong candidate management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment
• Able to work effectively as part of a global remote team
• Flexible with working hours where needed to support UK stakeholders and timelines
• Self-sufficient and accountable with the ability to take ownership of roles end-to-end
