Job Title: Deputy Club Manager

Location: Tonbridge rural location car driver essential

Pay: Up 16.00 per hour

Contract: Casual - We are looking for someone to work in our holiday camps Easter May Half Term and the Summer Holidays

Start Date: 30th March 2026

So what does it mean to be a Deputy Club Manager

Manage direct and assist your team in delivering a fun and safe program that keeps everyone motivated and happy!

Make sure your team is following all policies and procedures to keep things running smoothly and safely. Were always ready for surprise visits from OFSTED!

Keep the team on schedule with our clocking in/out system and manage any unexpected absences or late arrivals.

Help manage the food ordering and preparation process to ensure kids are getting delicious and healthy meals.

Join the team meetings to discuss performance identify areas for improvement and share your ideas to keep things fresh and exciting.

Keep everyone in the loop with effective communication between your team parents schools leisure centers and Central Operations.

Plan and lead exciting activities that get kids moving thinking and creating! From sports to arts and crafts weve got it covered.

Set up and break down the setting keeping everything safe and clean.

Ensure policies are followed by your team and are effectively implemented.

Be the champion of health and safety always ready to provide first aid if necessary.

Take charge and step up as the Setting Manager in their absence.

Inspire kids to develop healthy minds bodies and attitudes! Were creating the leaders of tomorrow!


Qualifications :

How to know if youre the right fit for JAG

Youre the ultimate kid-at-heart and have experience working with 4-11 year olds.

You hold an appropriate qualification in childcare sports coaching education or similar.

Youre a natural leader with experience managing small teams and working with your own initiative.

You love creating meaningful moments for people and strive to understand their needs.

You are a pro at problem-solving and can handle feedback and complaints and manage a time with ease.

You genuinely care about people and create unexpected experiences that make them go wow!

You work well under pressure and are an excellent listener who can explain anything to anyone.

You approach tasks with a can-do attitude switching up priorities and thinking on your feet.
