You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
You must have Deputy Nurse Manager experience within a nursing home.
This role is not suitable for nurses without senior-level care home experience.

What Youll Need
Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin
Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager within a nursing home (essential)
Strong clinical skills and confidence in leading teams
Good understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements
Ability to support both clinical delivery and operational oversight
What Youll Do
Support the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home
Maintain high standards of care safety and compliance
Supervise and support nursing and care staff in practice
Assist with audits care planning and clinical governance
Step in to lead shifts and support management where required
Contribute to maintaining CQC standards and inspection readiness
