Deputy Team Manager LD & Autism

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Deputy Team Manager to join its clients LD & Autism team based at Blackpool.

What will your responsibilities be

In this role you will:

• Oversee daytoday workflow across the LD & Autism team providing supervision case direction and quality assurance to ensure statutory duties safeguarding thresholds and Care Act responsibilities are consistently met
• Lead on complex highrisk or escalated cases involving adults with learning disabilities and autism offering professional guidance chairing MDT discussions and ensuring robust risk management personcentred planning and legal compliance
• Drive service improvement through performance monitoring audit activity and practice development embedding strengthsbased approaches and working collaboratively with health commissioning and provider partners

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence
• Significant postqualified experience within Learning Disability and/or Autism services
• Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work
• Experience supervising staff and managing complex casework
