Deputy Nursery Manager - Up to 40000 - 40 Hours per week

With a Good Ofsted rating and a team that works closely together the environment supports children to grow in confidence through exploration play and independence. As Deputy Nursery Manager youll be split between leading in practice and managing key responsibilities from the office making this a good fit for someone already established at deputy level.

• You must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• You must have recent experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager
• You must be confident managing staff and supporting nursery operations

What Youll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
• Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager in a nursery setting
• Strong working knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day nursery operations

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily operations alongside the Nursery Manager
• Lead and support a team of childcare practitioners
• Maintain high standards of care learning and safeguarding
• Monitor planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities
• Build and maintain professional relationships with parents
• Contribute to staff supervision and ongoing development
