Job Summary
Colliers a leading commercial property expert in Australia is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager for their Ballarat office. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales leasing and property management across Western Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintain and grow the Ballarat Commercial Property Portfolio
- Handle lease administration including expiries renewals and rent reviews
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Oversee accounts administration including rental receipts and payments
- Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
- Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
Qualifications :
Ideal Candidate:
- Positive proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs
- Authentic personality with a can-do approach
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or Victorian Agents Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
