Hato Hone St John is embarking on an exciting large-scale ERP implementation this year! In order to provide focused expertise and capacity during the implementation period we are seeking an ERP Process Specialist on a 12 month fixed term to lead the process mapping and documentation for the finance function.
This is a pivotal role to ensure that finance leaders and operational teams understand future-state processes of the new system - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Business Central).
Design clear structured future-state process flows aligned to the new system
Develop detailed process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure financial controls compliance requirements and governance obligations are embedded in system design
Partner with the implementation team to validate configuration against documented requirements
Support change readiness by providing clear practical documentation for end users.
Qualifications :
Ko wai koe - About you:
A strong background in Finance and Accounting (e.g. Auditor Financial Accountant) CA qualification is advantageous.
Solid understanding of financial controls governance and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in process mapping and documentation (e.g. Visio or similar tools)
Experience supporting or leading process workstreams within ERP or system implementation projects
Ability to translate operational workflows into structured logical process flows
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple finance teams
Prior experience with Business Central is highly regarded.
