As a Certification Specialist you are responsible for the implementation of new business as well as the maintenance process for product certificates within the Informed programme. The Certification Specialist works closely with the Account Managers to onboard new customers and certifications tracking and pursuing action items and maintaining the CRM system information.
Qualifications :
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and relevant experience:
- Proven customer service experience preferably food/supplement safety or certification related.
- Team collaboration Places high value on relationship management and teamwork
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Tenacity in problem solving ability to stay with a problem until a solution has been obtained.
- Good understanding & appreciation of the testing inspection and certification industry as it relates to food or supplement supply and retail is preferred.
- Excellent conflict resolution and consensus building skills.
- Keenly attentive to detail.
