As a Travel Advisor you will support our clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. You will use your expertise to understand their needs and recommend suitable destinations itineraries and accommodations. Your role also includes business development active prospecting and expanding your client base.
You will be responsible for all file followups including payments changes special requests confirmations and complete support of the client until their return.
Please note that our agencies are open 7 days a week including some evenings.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Advise clients on travel options offered by our partners.
- Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized and professional service.
- Conduct prospecting and create business opportunities to support sales growth.
- Manage client files from booking to finalizing the trip.
- Meet monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Quickly analyze client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Sell travel packages in all categories including complex itineraries using Apollo and Sirev.
- Stay informed about market trends anticipate traveler needs and adapt to complex situations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a retail environment with targets.
- Mandatory OPC certification.
- Ability to build strong and authentic business relationships.
- Excellent team spirit and strong ability to collaborate and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
- Strong communication skills and dynamic attitude.
- Comfortable with social media and quick to learn new software.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings and weekends.
