Travel Consultants cultivate a strong relationship with their customer database and build on our high level of service to generate and maintain sales role requires weekend coverage as part of the regular work ResponsibilitiesAct as a Tourism Whistler and ambassador living our purpose and vision with passion & energy achievement and respectAnswer inbound calls provide quotes to online vacation requests and answer customer questions emails & voice mailsExecute various outbound calls including concierge up sell calls informational and customer focusedEffectively communicate with Online Chat inquiries quotes and actively pursue sales leads generated via the online chat with guestsMeet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a daily weekly & monthly basisCommunicate effectively with clients vendors and colleaguesRespond to all guests in a timely professional and friendly mannerKnowledge Skills & AbilitiesExcellent knowledge of WhistlerEffective time management skills with the ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills verbal and written through the telephone on-line chat and emailCommitment to customer serviceStrong attention to detailSkilled problem solving and conflict resolution abilitiesA team player who can also work independentlyComputer skills including MS Office and a variety of cloud based softwarePosting closing date: Wednesday May 6 2026.
