In collaboration with the manager the incumbent designs optimizes and deploys HRIS solutions adapted to the needs of the HR and Payroll teams within Transats Canadian subsidiaries. The person plays a key expert role throughout the entire solution lifecycle mainly on UKG Workforce Management as well as SAP SuccessFactors (Performance) and SmartRecruiters.
The incumbent will:
- Analyze and document business rules requirements and impacts of projects or changes on HR systems.
- Assess current business processes and recommend improvements to automate tasks and increase operational efficiency.
- Design propose and validate solutions and develop the action plans required for implementation.
- Configure HRIS solutions especially UKG Workforce Management including business rules and updates tied to collective agreements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure effective integration of HR applications with other corporate systems.
- Provide functional and technical support to users including training as needed and act as a point of reference.
- Develop execute and document test scenarios and participate in preproduction validation.
- Support deployments assist postproduction and ensure the quality integrity and consistency of HR data.
- Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards and stay informed on HRIS best practices and new functionalities.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Information Technology Business Administration Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HRIS analyst ideally within a multisystem environment.
- Significant handson experience configuring UKG Workforce Management.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (an asset).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and timemanagement skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive structured and customerfocused approach.
- Oral and written fluency in French and English
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues customers and other stakeholders in Quebec the rest of Canada and internationally
