As a Financial Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy compliance and operational support across programs. This position requires strong attention to detail comfort with data and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Youll work closely with operations accounting and external partners to manage renewal timelines service agreements financial documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain financial data in spreadsheets and databases
Track and manage renewal documents service agreements and rate determinations
Partner with DHS and internal teams to meet renewal timelines
Review financial data including service authorizations for accuracy and completeness
Understand and interpret revenue reports from Accounting
Maintain organized financial files and ensure data security standards
Manage financial information in Therap and other software systems
Run and analyze eligibility and spend-down reports
Communicate financial updates to operational leadership
Follow up on outstanding issues and document communications
Coordinate communication regarding past-due rents with Rep Payees or Individuals
Qualifications :
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelors Degree or Relevant Education
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of personal computers
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
