Role Overview
As a Customer Specialist you will serve as the main contact for customers addressing inquiries related to products orders warranties services and vehicle ownership. Through various communication channels including phone email chat and social media youll ensure customers receive clear guidance and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional assistance through phone email chat and social media
  • Handle inquiries about products orders services and general requests
  • Provide clear information on warranties maintenance packages and service options

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
  • Experience: 01 year in customer support or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
