Our client a next-generation cyber security company built to protect modern businesses from evolving digital threats is looking for a Junior Network Support Engineer to join their growing technical team.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to our customers focusing on network and security infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced engineers and architects gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for network infrastructure
- Provide support for endpoint security solutions and email security systems
- Support Active Directory environments
- Monitor customer environments and respond to alerts and incidents
- Troubleshoot connectivity performance authentication and security-related issues
- Support Active Directory users groups policies and permissions
- Assist in device configuration upgrades and patch management
- Escalate complex cases to senior engineers when required
- Maintain documentation of incidents changes and technical procedures
- Support customer onboarding and implementation projects
What were looking for:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science Networking Cyber Security or related field
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP routing switching VLANs
- Basic understanding of network security principles
- Basic understanding of Active Directory (user management GPOs domain concepts)
- Basic understanding of Windows Server environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in Greek and English
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Military obligations completed (if applicable)
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as CCNA CompTIA Network Security
- Hands-on experience with enterprise network environments
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
- Previous internship or technical support experience
- Exposure to enterprise-level cybersecurity projects
- Continuous training and certification support
- Clear career progression path within Cyber Security
