Location: Cyprus Employment: Full-time (48 hours/week) EU/EEA & Cypriot nationals only (no visa sponsorship) Start: Summer 2026
Overview Join a stylish hotel in Cyprus as a Cook B. Work under senior kitchen staff to prepare and plate menu items across all shifts support service operations and help maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to recipes and portion specifications under supervision.
- Ensure timely production and adequate quantities for service.
- Maintain cleanliness food labelling storage and HACCP compliance.
- Support daily stock checks and requisitions.
- Adapt dishes for dietary needs and special requests.
- Report equipment issues and assist with training junior staff.
- Collaborate with front-of-house for seamless service.
Requirements
- 12 years experience in a professional kitchen (hotel/resort experience preferred).
- Good English; Greek is an advantage.
- Basic food prep skills portioning and food safety knowledge.
- Able to work under pressure and flexibly (evenings weekends holidays).
- Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.
- EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
