Sales Executive iGaming

Location: On-site Type: Full-Time Reports to: Chief Business Development Officer

We enable operators to launch and scale fiat cryptosweepstakes and other types of gaming platforms with unmatched speed and efficiency. The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the iGaming industry. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients from technology-only operators to full turnkey partnerships. You will cultivate relationships with C-level executives casino owners and strategic partners across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospect and close new business opportunities across target markets including US Europe Asia-Pacific Middle East and emerging regions (LATAM - Africa).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with casino operators and strategic partners at executive level
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Present HQ26s solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders adapting pitch to client needs (technology turnkey managed services)
  • Represent HQ26 at major industry conferences and networking events (ICE SiGMA SBC Summit AIBC)
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform product and commercial strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B or/and B2C sales experience in the iGaming industry (essential)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with casino operators or platform providers
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the iGaming ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of casino operations licensing requirements and regulatory landscapes
  • Experience selling platform technology turnkey solutions or managed services
  • Excellent presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally for conferences client meetings and networking events

Desirable

  • Experience with crypto/Web3 gaming or sweepstakes casino models
  • Existing relationships in target markets: South Korea Southeast Asia US UAE Europe.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing and player acquisition strategies
  • Additional languages (particularly relevant to target markets)
