Job Summary

A licensed betting and gaming operator based in Cyprus and a subsidiary of an international Group a publicly listed company with offices across Cyprus Malta Belgium Serbia Montenegro Bosnia and further afield. The company provides sports betting and online gaming services with a focus on regulated markets innovative digital products and high-quality customer experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is mid-way through the rollout of a FastTrack CRM across its markets with Montenegro currently in the testing phase. As the platform moves into full operational mode the business needs an experienced CRM professional to take ownership of the system not just manage it but shape how it is used. This is a hands-on ownership-level role for someone who understands the full lifecycle of iGaming CRM: from bonus architecture and player segmentation to multi-channel campaign execution and performance analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage the FastTrack CRM platform across markets from initial setup through to ongoing optimisation
  • Design build and execute multi-channel campaigns across email SMS push notifications and onsite messaging
  • Develop and manage player segmentation logic to deliver targeted relevant promotions to the right audiences
  • Architect bonus structures and promotional flows ensuring wagering requirements and mechanics are correctly configured
  • Lead A/B testing to assess campaign performance and continuously refine approach
  • Define and manage the full promotional calendar and campaign lifecycle
  • Collaborate with country-level teams who will supply legislation and market-specific guidance; translate these requirements into CRM execution
  • Report on campaign KPIs player engagement metrics and retention outcomes
  • Contribute to VIP programme management where relevant

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in iGaming CRM player retention or lifecycle marketing
  • Direct experience with FastTrack CRM OR proven experience with comparable platforms such as Optimove Smartico or similar
  • Strong working knowledge of bonus mechanics wagering requirements and promotional structures in iGaming
  • Demonstrated expertise in player segmentation building and applying audience logic within a CRM platform
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns independently: email SMS push notifications and onsite messaging
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-led decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing product and compliance teams

NICE TO HAVE

  • SQL skills or experience with data analysis tooling
  • Experience across both sportsbook and casino products
  • Experience designing or managing VIP loyalty programmes
  • Exposure to multi-market or multi-language CRM execution
