Compensation & Rewards

  • Gross Monthly Salary: 1687.26

  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: up to 728.59

About the Role

This is a non-sales Customer Success role focused on onboarding implementation and long-term customer adoption of LinkedIn Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) solutions.

You will partner with customers during the most critical phase of their journeyensuring their hiring tools are fully implemented correctly integrated and actively used. The role is ideal for former recruiters or customer-facing professionals who understand hiring workflows and enjoy delivering value through product expertise demos and strategic guidance.

If you are confident speaking on camera comfortable with technology and motivated by customer outcomes rather than sales targets this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all client product integrations are completed accurately

  • Drive implementation setup and onboarding for net-new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers

  • Deliver customer value by ensuring strong adoption usage and engagement with LinkedIn Hiring tools

  • Conduct onboarding sessions demos and presentations using provided materials

  • Tailor solutions to customer needs and guide them through tool implementation over 510 weeks

  • Monitor and analyze adoption and engagement metrics proactively addressing risks

  • Track customer lifecycle milestones including onboarding license activation and user engagement

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems

  • Support issue resolution by triaging troubleshooting tickets

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Your Profile

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Comfortable presenting on camera and engaging stakeholders professionally

  • Experience analyzing data trends and client insights to identify growth or optimization opportunities

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel)

  • Strong communication collaboration and project management skills

  • Able to interact confidently with both clients and internal teams

  • Excellent time management and prioritization able to work independently

  • Experience working with CRM systems managing queues cases or tickets

  • Proven ability to build trust quickly and develop strong long-term relationships

  • Background in recruitment or HR tech is a strong advantage
