Job Summary

The Revenue Cycle Specialist at Panno Realty is vital in managing and optimizing the organizations revenue cycle process. The role entails overseeing the entire revenue cycle from order entry to payment posting ensuring accurate billing timely claims submission and monitoring accounts receivable. The Specialist is responsible for identifying and resolving billing discrepancies tracking insurance claims and reconciling daily transactions and revenue reports. Compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements maintaining accurate documentation assisting with audits and participating in process improvement initiatives are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full revenue cycle process from order entry to payment posting.
Ensure accurate billing and timely submission of invoices or claims.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
Submit and track insurance claims.
Investigate and resolve claim denials or rejections.
Verify patient eligibility and coverage details.
Post payments and adjustments accurately in the system.
Reconcile daily transactions and revenue reports.
Ensure payments are correctly applied to accounts.
Prepare aging reports and recommend collection actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of billing and revenue processes.
Assist with audits and financial reporting as required.
Identify gaps in the revenue cycle and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with billing finance and operations teams to improve cash flow.
Monitor KPIs such as denial rates days in A/R and collection ratios.

Qualifications & Requirements:

2 years of experience in revenue cycle billing accounts receivable or related role.
Knowledge of billing systems ERP software or healthcare billing platforms (if applicable).
Strong understanding of financial processes and reconciliation procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
