We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our this role you will lead the development of responsive high-performance web applications and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and backend engineers. This position requires strong technical expertise a proactive mindset and the ability to bridge user experience with technical excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily:
Lead the front-end development of web applications transforming design concepts into clean maintainable and scalable code.
Architect and optimize web page structures style layers and overall UI frameworks.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
Oversee code reviews troubleshoot issues and ensure high code quality and performance standards.
Continuously optimize front-end performance to ensure a smooth user experience across platforms and devices.
Provide UX/UI improvement suggestions and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility.
Mentor junior developers and support the team with guidance on technical and process-related matters.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and/or abilities required for this position.
2 years of professional front-end development experience.
Expert in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) Ajax and jQuery.
Proficient with front-end frameworks including Vue2/Vue3 ElementUI and Bootstrap.
Strong understanding of HTTP RESTful API integration and cross-browser compatibility.
Experienced with front-end development tools and debugging techniques.
Solid grasp of Git workflows and collaborative development processes.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles; proficient in design tools like Figma and Sketch.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a bilingual (English/Chinese) environment a plus.
Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to balance business needs with technical solutions.
