We are currently looking for aDuty Managerto join our team.

As a Duty Manager we rely on you to:

1. Comprehensive knowledge of Shangri-La standard operating policies and procedures.

2. Manage the operation and workflow of guest relations department to maximize guest satisfaction.

3. Manage and guide staff and ensure the implementation of hotel policies and procedures.

4. Receive guest comments hold daily and monthly meetings and identify areas of service that need improvement.

5. Create a positive and harmonious working environment to promote and develop team spirit.

We are looking for someone who:

1. College degree or above at least 2 years working experience in the same position.

2. Good image and temperament proficient in computer operation with strong English listening speaking reading and writing skills.

3. Be familiar with the contents and procedures of various emergency plans and understand the reception etiquette and etiquette.

4. Dignified appearance love hotel work good at communication good management and coordination skills able to play a good role in management leadership and supervision.
