We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Front Office to join our team.

As a Service Leader - Front Office we rely on you to:

• To have knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
• Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times.
• Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities.
• To have knowledge of Shangri-La standard operating policies and procedures.
• Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Front Office
• Excellent presenter and communicator
• Is self-driven goal-oriented able to challenge the status quo
• Upholds professional values ethics and integrity at all times
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
• Preferably has a Bachelors degree or relevant experience in a similar role
• Understands the global market and local environment
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Has strong interpersonal skills
