Business Development Representative - Personal & Commercial Lines

Were looking for a driven and personable Business Development Representative to help expand our insurance brokerages client base across commercial insurance and personal lines (home & auto).

Be the face of our growth: Hunt for clients own your pipeline and write the policies that turn your prospecting hustle into a high-value sales portfolio.

What Youll Do

  • Write the Business: Secure your own book of business by prospecting to local leads and referrals for commercial & personal insurance.
  • Managing your Portfolio: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by outbound calls emails digital outreach and in-person meetings
  • Driving Results: Set appointments and either hand off qualified opportunities to our licensed brokers or quote and sell the policies yourself (insurance license required).
  • Community Outreach: Represent our worry pas insurance brokerage at community events networking functions and local business activities
  • Collaborate closely with service teams to ensure a smooth client experience

Whats in it for you

  • 8:30 - 5pm (Approx)
  • Full time hours Paid Weekly!
  • Health & Dental Insurance after 3 months of employment

What Were Looking For

  • I have previous sales experience -- I am knowledgable in / eager to grow a career in business development or client acquisition (insurance financial services or B2B sales is an asset)
  • Strong Communication Skills-I am comfortable speaking with business owners and individual clients alike. I am comfortable with phone-based prospecting and digital outreach.
  • Fluently Bilingual -- I am proficient in French and English: written and spoken
  • The Worry Pas Spirit I have a positive glass-half-full attitude and love making someones day easier.
  • Insurance knowledge or licensing is an asset-but not required (we can train the right candidate)
