The Opportunity

Join our Enterprise Customer Service department as a Customer Project Manager where youll lead complex global customer roll-out migrations and strategic delivery this role youll drive the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion ensuring operational readiness across our organization whilst managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Define project scope objectives and specifications in collaboration with marketing sales product operations and customer service teams

Establish project governance frameworks including steering committees KPIs and milestone planning to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality parameters

Coordinate and lead customer steering committees maintaining regular communication with external customers and internal stakeholders throughout project progress

Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies proposing solutions to address potential project challenges and changing priorities

Oversee project closure activities including deliverable validation operational handover and lessons learned documentation to drive continuous improvement

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion a can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

Masters degree or equivalent experience with 3 years of proven project management expertise in complex cross-functional environments

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively across diverse international teams

Strong adaptability to fast-paced changing environments with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities

Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 with thorough knowledge of MS Office MS Projects and SharePoint

Fluency in Polish and English with preferably German or French language skills; additional European languages are advantageous
