POLYWOOD is looking for a New Hire Welcome Session Facilitator who enjoys helping others feel comfortable supported and set up for success. This role is ideal for a retired teacher substitute teacher paraprofessional or daycare professional who enjoys guiding small groups in a structured classroom style environment.
If you appreciate routine enjoy answering questions and take pride in creating an organized and encouraging space this could be a wonderful fit.
What Youll Do:
Welcome small groups of new team members and explain simple instructions clearly.
Help participants sign in and begin their assigned learning sessions.
Answer frequently asked questions in a patient and supportive manner.
Maintain a calm focused and friendly room environment.
Connect with a support team member if an unexpected question arises.
Ensure each new hire feels comfortable confident and ready to begin their journey at POLYWOOD.

What You Bring:
Experience in teaching childcare tutoring or classroom support.
Comfort providing clear instructions to a small group in a structured setting.
A patient kind and approachable presence.
Basic comfort using a computer and cell phone including helping others log in.
Availability on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays during daytime hours.
Appreciation for routine organization and consistency.

Familiarity with onboarding environments or employee training support.
