Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose

As part of a maternity leave replacement we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the tech industry.

At IDEMIA Public Security we shape the future by securing identity in a connected this role you will play a key part in supporting our global business by attracting engaging and hiring top tech talent across multiple regions.

This position goes beyond traditional recruitment. You will act as a strategic partner to the business partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to build high-performing teams that will drive innovation and support IPS continued growth.

Key Missions

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

• Own the full recruitment cycle for a dedicated business scope from job briefing to offer presentation in close collaboration with HR teams across France and international subsidiaries (Europe North America Asia and Africa)
• Act as a true Business Partner to hiring managers HR counterparts and top management with a strong presence at C-Level and VP-level interactions
• Design and implement hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and talent market trends
• Drive sourcing strategies using your expertise in direct approach and headhunting particularly for niche profiles (R&D Engineering IT Operations)
• Lead and contribute to transversal projects such as developing global recruitment frameworks and participating in the definition of worldwide recruitment strategies
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience by actively managing communication feedback and engagement throughout the process
• Build and nurture talent pipelines attend career fairs and campus events and continuously look for new ways to strengthen our employer brand
• Track and report key metrics to evaluate hiring performance and identify areas of improvement using our ATS and internal dashboards

Profile & Other Information

• Graduate of a business school or equivalent university program (masters level) with a desire to join a global leader in the technology sector
• Previous experience in tech in a recruitment agency and/or in-house talent acquisition team is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced matrixed organization with international scope and multicultural teams
• Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition ideally in an international and complex environment
• Strong ability in direct sourcing and headhunting for complex high-demand roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
• Full professional proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
