We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness engagement and growth by planning and executing effective marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners while ensuring authentic brand representation.
The brands you will manage within the Style division: On Converse CAT Footwear Merrell.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with each brands strategy.
Collaborate with agencies to create compelling content advertisements and promotions.
Monitor campaign performance analyze data and optimize activities to achieve KPIs.
Social Media and Content
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand message.
Create and curate content tailored to the local audience while maintaining global brand identity.
Plan and manage paid campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
Wholesale Partner Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners in Romania.
Develop joint marketing initiatives and promotions with partners.
Ensure strong brand visibility across partners online and offline channels.
Seasonal Planning and Recaps
Prepare comprehensive seasonal marketing plans including strategies objectives KPIs and key initiatives.
Conduct post-season analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvements.
Events and Partnerships
Identify and manage partnerships aligned with brand values.
Plan and execute local events and activations (e.g. shoe testing events community activations) to engage consumers.
Budget Management
Manage the marketing budget effectively tracking expenses and ROI across all activities.
PR & Influencer Marketing
Collaborate with media and influencers to develop and implement PR strategies.
Manage relationships with brand ambassadors in Romania.
Identify and engage influencers aligned with brand values and target audience.
Job requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience preferably in retail or fashion. Good understanding of the local running market will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of the Romanian market culture and consumer behavior.
Experience in digital marketing including social media platforms and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and branding.
Excellent communication interpersonal and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Romanian and English.
