Service Technician Onsite Field Service (mfd)

What youll be doing:

As a Service Technician you will perform all aspects of maintenance activities at our customers site in Pyskowice. This includes but is not limited to:

• Conducting regular scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance as well as inspections of automated equipment within customers distribution center.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in automated systems and performing necessary repairs.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for our customers maintenance teams.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Communicating with the Technical Support department when resolving issues.

What you bring to the table:

• A technical degree or technician qualification in automation mechanics electromechanics electronics or mechatronics.
• Relevant professional experience in maintenance and servicing of automated systems ideally in intralogistics.

• Practical knowledge of automation electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.

• Ability to read electrical diagrams CAD drawings and other technical documentation.
• Willingness to work shifts in a multi-shift operation.
• Comfortable with working at heights (up to 45 meters).
• Basic knowledge of English to enable communication and understanding of documentation.
• Familiarity with CMMS is a plus.
• Basic Knowledge of PLC diagnostics is a plus.
• SEP and UDT certifications are a plus.
