Job Summary

Reports To: VP Fund Service Transfer Agency
- Ensure effective and correct Transfer Agency operations and ensures the accuracy and timely dispatch of customer and regulatory reports.
- Foster positive client relationships.
- Problem solving on system or operation procedures. Improve standard of service and operation efficiency.
- Initiate system enhancement requirement and work with multiple internal/external parties.
- Speak up and timely escalation for process improvement as well as client issues.
- Bachelor degree or above with major of business related.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with SITEs Transfer Agency operations and systems.
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
- Good communication and management skills.
