Responsibilities:
Management in-barracks and on mobilisation of the FTRS (HC) RAWO Band D (Civil Service) FSA and all other military/civilian HR Admin Staff (Bn HQ and sub-units) delivering personnel administration and associated G1 services financial services and staff support to a level which meets the requirements of UAM.
Regimental responsibility for oversight of CS management and recruiting.
The recruitment training development career management and retention of the units AGC SPS (Reserve) personnel.
Ensuring on behalf of the CO that all Public and Service (Non-Public) Funds are maintained in accordance with current regulations and that mandatory safeguards are implemented.
The duties of Imprest Checking Officer and Service (Non-Public) Funds Internal Auditor.
Preparation of the unit and its personnel for mobilisation and deployment on operations.
The duties of Unit Records Officer (URO).
The duties of Unit Data Protection Advisor (DPA).
To act as Information Manager (IMgr) regarding the units electronic working practices.
Be Digital Champion for the Regt and mentor at all levels in the use of available IT applications to enhance business provision.
To assist the Budget Manager in the management of accounting aspects of the RSD budget unit travel and subsistence and stationery budgets.
The implementation of administrative policy as directed by CDPers Admin (A) DM (A) and other MOD departments.
Advising the CO on the execution of unit documentation and administrative policy.
Advising on Service voting procedures.
Giving direction on all routine and specialist unit administrative procedures (eg; JPA Record maintenance casualty notification procedures absence and movement procedures and preparation of financial casework).
Ensuring that all military personnel on the strength of the unit receive their correct pay and allowances charges and non-effective benefits.
Providing advice on pay allowances charges and non-effective benefits.
Carry out and other duties as directed by the Commanding Officer.
