Job Summary

Manage Soldier careers through the provision of career advice including promotion requirements assignment options transfers and education.
Monitor the movement of soldiers on assignment attachment and courses.
Advise the CoC on Unit structures and integrity of JPA data.
Advise the CoC on Soldier CM policy practice and guidance.
Assure in-service CM forms management information systems and tools.
Advise the CoC with ideas on retention activity. Monitor outflow and act as focal point for resettlement.
Assist in the organisation and management of all grading and appointing boards on behalf of the CO.
Act as the unit focus for Resettlement advice.
