The Head of the Service Hub is responsible for establishing and leading the Groups Shared Services structure based in Brasov. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality standardized and cost-efficient support services across IT Sales Administration Purchasing and Finance for all the Group entities.
Design and implement the target organization of the New Service Hub.
Recruit lead and develop a high-performing local team.
Define governance framework including KPIs and SLAs.
Standardize and document IT Sales Administration Purchasing and Finance processes.
Lead transition and migration of activities into the Service Hub.
Ensure operational excellence cost control and service quality.
Actively support continuous process improvement by leveraging AI and automation tools.
Ensure full compliance with Group standards and local regulations.
Helping implement required certifications and managing external/thirdparty reviews.
Acting as the first escalation point and involving the correct business or process owners when needed.
University degree in Business Administration Finance Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Finance Labor Law Tax and Compliance.
Proven experience in managing a Shared Services Center or similar structure.
Strong background in the automotive industry (Tier 1 environment strongly preferred).
Experience in organizational transformation and cross-functional leadership.
Strong knowledge of IT Finance Purchasing and Sales Administration processes.
Results-oriented leadership with strong execution capability.
Excellent communication skills and a structured solution-oriented working style.
Romanian language mandatory. Fluent English required. German language nice to have.
