Work Schedule:
100% day/evening shift working Monday Friday from 7:30 am 4:00 pm. This will include one holiday per year and on-call for one holiday per year. You will work at West Towne Urgent Care in Madison WI.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative Ambulatory Bilingual to:
- Register and create walk in appointments including with our Spanish speaking population.
- Update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances.
- Collect documents and payments upon arrivals.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree in Business Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center business financial or insurance related field Preferred
