HR OPERATIONS
As our HR Operations Specialist you will ensure a bestinclass employee experience across Spain and Portugal by managing core HR processes maintaining compliance and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
THE ROLE

As our HR Operations Specialist you play a critical role in delivering accurate and compliant HR services across Iberia. You will oversee personnel administration labor relations government submissions and employee support while operating key HR systems to ensure smooth compliant and employeefriendly HR operations (60 words).
You will be reporting to the Iberia Head of HR Transactional Services and you will manage:
1. Personnel Administration
- Maintain payroll master data for hires changes and terminations
- Prepare legal documentation for contracts extensions changes and exits
- Manage Social Security communications via SILTRA
- Perform daily sickleave reporting
- Submit documentation to SEPE (contracts leaves terminations)
- Report workplace accidents through Delt@/CAT365
2. Labor Relations
- Manage leaves and advise employees/HRBPs (maternity paternity pregnancy permits)
- Prepare letters certificates and employee documentation
- Perform severance calculations and prepare exit documentation
- Configure calendars holidays working hours and issue conditionchange letters
- Support workplace compliance processes
3. Employee & HRBP Support
- Request and guide documentation for candidates including foreigners (NIE SS bank account)
- Manage visa/workpermit renewals with providers and employees/interns
- Support onboarding (contracts tax forms benefits T&A setup)
- Inform employees on benefits T&A and leave processes
- Manage HR providers escalate when needed and drive service quality improvements
- Create and manage Purchase Orders in SAP and handle provider transfers & invoices
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare reports and perform qualitycontrol checks
- Support internal/external audits and laborauthority requirements
- Provide data for surveys and HR analytics
- Contribute to projects including M&A support HRIS initiatives restructurings

Your skills and experience include:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years experience in hiring labor relations or personnel administration
- Handson experience with ServiceNow SuccessFactors payroll systems T&A tools SILTRA/RED SEPE Conta Delt@/CAT365
- Strong Excel/Office skills
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law Social Security & SEPE processes
- Fluency in Spanish & English
- Empathetic communication task prioritization and accuracy under pressure
