What youll do

Helping to support strategy development across Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding youll be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes delivering an exceptional candidate experience and partnering with stakeholders to attract top talent. Youll also lead data-driven hiring improvements and contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage ensuring an efficient and inclusive hiring process

• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders (including HRBP C&B HR Services) to define hiring needs and advise on best practices

• Build and engage diverse talent pipelines including passive candidates to meet current and future business needs

• Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill conversion rates quality of hire) to continuously improve hiring strategies

• Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in collaboration with marketing and external partners

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement

• Train and guide hiring managers and interview panels to ensure consistency quality and unbiased hiring decisions

Youll also need:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Psychology or a related field

• 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment and employer branding

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working with recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions

• A solid understanding of diversity equity and inclusion in hiring practices

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
