Job Summary
The exciting opportunity
- Based out of State Office in Lane Cove with travel to our metro and regional homes in NSW ACT & Qld as referrals require
- Conduct basic triage of wounds logged through our internal portal
- Prevent and treat a wide variety of wounds including skin tears pressure injuries IAD leg ulcers skin grafts and palliative wounds
- Plan create coordinate and deliver informal and formal education on skin integrity and wound management to clinical and care staff
- Improve the quality of wound management by obtaining comprehensive and accurate data from the homes

About you
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with at least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent clinical knowledge confident in basic wound care and with a special interest in skin integrity
- Process driven experienced conducting thorough assessments and completing comprehensive and accurate documentation
- Full drivers licence reliable car and willing to travel across our metro and regional facilities in NSW & ACT as required
- Excellent communicator approachable flexible empathetic and enjoys providing informal and formal education
