Responsibilities
As an Logistics Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the CRMC EVS Team by providing contract purchasing and administrative coordination. This position ensures the accurate and timely processing of contracts invoices purchase orders and work orders while maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
Serving as a central point of contact for departments and vendors the Coordinator helps manage equipment repairs and recalls maintains contract documentation reconciles invoices and supports leadership with reporting scheduling and payroll-related tasks. This role is essential to maintaining efficient daily operations and strong vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
Education
Associates Degree in Business Secretarial Science Logistics or related field required
High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and 2 years related experience may be substituted for Associates Degree
Experience
5 years of administrative customer service bookkeeping contract or logistics management experience required
