This role involves administrative coordination data handling reporting and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data managing multiple tasks and supporting departmental operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support departmental operations
Maintain and update records databases and documentation with a high level of accuracy
Utilize Excel to track manage and analyze data
Prepare and generate reports ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Assist in analyzing data to support decision-making processes
Provide excellent customer service and respond to internal and external inquiries
Coordinate schedules meetings and departmental activities as needed
Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or coordination roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prepare review and analyze reports
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
