Job Summary
TheInternship Program 2026 aims to develop students potential talent through experience of real-life situations in the corporate world offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day addition we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential.
The position is based inCuautitlán Izcalli Mexico
Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.
What you will do
As a Human Resources Intern you will:
- Creation of a database to update the civil protection plan
- Develop procedures for the entry and exit of employees to the offices
- implementing the training plan.
- Formats in agreement with civil protection
We believe you have
Bachelor Studies in Progress:Administration Industrial Engineering Industrial Safety Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety or any other related field.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office (Excel-Intermediate)
- Basic English Can understand and produce simple texts (reading and writing only).
- Analytical detail-oriented and teamwork-oriented profile.
- Program Availability: August 03 to July 05 2027
- Estimated Graduation Date: July 2027 or later
- Availability to work onsite for 6 hours a day Monday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.
